What we collect
When a website form is enabled, we collect the adult contact details you enter, your message, the form type, consent wording, and submission time. Contact and interest requests are used to answer your request. Links that open your text or email application send only the message you choose to send.
What we do not collect
This site does not collect payment details. Tuition and fees are paid through GoStudioPro under its own privacy policy. This site is written for parents and adults. A parent enters a dancer’s enrollment details in the portal.
How we use it
To reply to your request by text or email. Reply STOP to end texts. Newsletter signup is offered only when a mailing service with an unsubscribe option is connected. Contact requests do not subscribe you to marketing.
Who sees it
Enabled forms are stored on this site’s hosting platform and emailed to the studio inbox. The studio handles replies. Enrollment records stay in GoStudioPro. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
Email oaksdancestudio@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of contact information you have provided. Theme settings are saved only on your own device and can be reset by selecting System.
Photos
A dancer’s photo is published only with a signed release on file, never pairing a minor’s face with a full name.
